This seminar will focus on how participants can achieve better mental and physical health through self-empowerment. Four key areas of health will be explored: exercise and diet, spiritual beliefs, relationships, and self-esteem. Participants will also learn two specific techniques, affirmations and visualization, that can be used to enhance development in all of these "target" areas and will design a personal empowerment plan.
