                                                                                             Join us for the Parade of Lights in                                Downtown Holland!                           

On November 27th, help Santa arrive in Downtown Holland during the annual Parade of Lights! This year he'll be escorted by GVSU students, faculty, staff and alumni, along with other bands, floats, vehicles, and individuals…all decked out in sparkling holiday lights! Close to 75 different entries will illuminate the streets of Downtown during this brilliant procession.  Be a part of the fun! 

GVSU students, faculty, staff, alumni, friends and family are invited to join the Laker group and light themselves up with lights or any other creative decorations. All ages are welcome.
Admission: Free
Staging: 5:30 p.m.
Parade begins: 6:30 p.m

The parade begins at the corner of 8th Street and Columbia Avenue and continues down 8th Street until it reaches the Eighth Street Market Place, home of the Holiday Kerstmarkt. At the end of the Parade, Santa will take the time to greet his fans young and old alike!
