Olympic Lifting Workshops is your chance to snatch, clean, and jerk your way to improved strength and power while working on technique and form. Olympic lifting is a highly technical and competitive sport that requires a great deal of practice and commitment. Reserve your spot now to improve your performance of each of these lifts.
This is a 9-week program geared towards beginner to intermediate Olympic lifters that are serious about improving their technique and performance. It will meet 2x a week on Tuesday and Thursday.
