The Inclusion and Diversity Leadership Seminar is a 2-week workshop series on valuing and advocating for inclusion and diversity. Participants will discuss the concepts of power and privilege, learn about relational leadership as it relates to inclusion and explore how to integrate these ideas into current leadership practices. GVSU's Intercultural Certificate Program (ICE) The Inclusion and Diversity Leadership Seminar (paired with participation on an approved Alternative Break) fulfills the ICE internship requirement.
