	Golf and Luncheon - $85 per person\r\n

	Luncheon only - $25 per person \r\n

	Gold Sponsor: $1,500 - Includes foursome with lunch, signage on tee, logoplacement on promotional material, name/link on website, banner/display table at registration area.\r\n

	Silver Sponsor: $600 - Includes two golfers with lunch, signage on tee, logo placement on promotional materials.\r\n
	\r\n
	Hole Sponsor: $200 - Includes signage on tee, name/link on website.\r\n

	Hole Contest Sponsor: $75 - Includes small sign at the hole. Donate a prize worth $75 to be given as a prize for the hole contest.\r\n
