	Dennis Potter, CEO Kantu Consultant LLC located in Grand  Rapids, Michigan will engage participants in an interactive workshop exploring domestic violence and the workplace. Participants will leave with the knowledge and the resources available to effectively address the impact to their company or organization's workforce.\r\n

	Topics include:\r\n
\r\n
	\r\n
		Predictors of possible domestic violence in the work force\r\n
	\r\n
		Interventions that can be used effectively with employees\r\n
	\r\n
		Significant indicators of a person who might commit violence\r\n
	\r\n
		Tools to organize a Threat Assessment Team to effectively respond to domestic violence.\r\n

\r\n
	This program is offered free of charge to the community. For social workers needing CEU's for licensing requirements  this will be available on site for $15. Participants are encouraged to bring their lunches.  Beverages and light refreshments will be provided.
