If you are interested in taking care of yourself, but a little intimidated with the idea of going to the Recreation Center - Please join us for this informal session to find out more about what the Recreation and Athletic Facilities have to offer.  Staff will be present to provide information and answer questions related to hours, equipment, programs, services, and classes that are available for students.  An overview of fitness, wellness, and sport related information will be covered.  If you're interested in taking care of yourself, but not sure how or where to start – this is the right place for you.  Everyone is welcome.\r\n
