Students have the option of submitting their video projects from this last school year and have it viewed in an open ceremony. \r\n
\r\n
If you have made a video in the last year and are interested in entering it  into the showcase, you can submit a DVD and drop them off in the Film  & Conversations Club mailbox in the Student Organization Center in  Kirkhof 0008. DVD data discs with videos formatted in .MOV are the  preferred means of delivery.\r\n
\r\n
Alternative form of delivery would  be emailing a Youtube or Vimeo link to bomerd@mail.gvsu.edu with the  subject line "Film & Video Showcase Submission".\r\n

Along with your DVD or email, please include a cover letter with the following information:\r\n
\r\n
Name(s) of student submitting the video.\r\n
Names of video creators.\r\n
Title of video\r\n
Length of video\r\n
Course the video was made for\r\n
Short description of video\r\n
Date the video was made\r\n
\r\n
Submissions will be accepted until like to have it featured at the 2012  Film & Conversations Club Showcase? The deadline for submission has  been extended until Friday, April 13th at 5PM. \r\n

The showcase is April 16th at 8:00PM in Lake Michigan Hall 176!
