Importing and exporting textiles and apparel can be a rewarding, yet frustrating, endeavor. Trade in textiles and apparel has long been perceived as complicated, sensitive and high risk due to high duty rates in most countries, trade conflicts and a myriad of special trade rules managed differently across the globe.
