This workshop will teach you strategies for writing from a reader-centered perspective and for composing documents that meet the needs of an audience in the workplace. Specifically, you will learn to:\r\n

-       Identify the needs and expectations of your readers\r\n
-       Develop stylistic techniques for emphasizing what your readers want or need to know.\r\n
-       Craft and revise correspondence documents (memos, e-mails, letters) that “talk” to the readers.
