How-To: Run a Non-Traditional Race
Avoiding Zombies? Climbing walls? Wading through mud? Jumping fire??
There are thousands of “traditional” road races throughout the United States each year. However, a growing trend are what are considered "non-traditional" races. This informational session is all about non-traditional races- what they are, where they are, when they are, how to train for them. Following the informational session, we will be doing an optional training circuit to demonstrate how someone gets ready for a non-traditional race. Rewards will be given to anyone who pre-registers for the session and completes the training circuit!
