How can your iPhone help you get more fit?
As our society becomes more technologically advanced, we are also becoming less fit and more sedentary. But it doesn’t have to be that way! Come learn how to use technology to your advantage- from monitoring exercise levels, finding new ways to exercise, keeping track of calories, and websites that reward you for exercising!
Weather permitting, we will be going outside for an example of how to use your smart phone to exercise. This will be done in teams- so you can participate even without a smart phone!
