How-to: Avoid the Freshman 15
Want to know how to make healthy eating choices on campus? Want to avoid the freshman 15? Are you looking to lose weight, and perhaps turn it into a freshman NEGATIVE 15? Come to our How-to session and learn about the different strategies for weight loss, what doesn’t work, and more importantly- what DOES work!
This How-to session will be lead by Dustin Mier, who lost over 50 pounds while a student at GVSU. Come hear first-hand advice and experiences on what it takes to make healthy eating choices while on campus.
