This advanced, 8 week training is geared towards developing muscular strength and endurance utilizing traditional and non-traditional training techniques. High intensity workouts will be included and participants must have prior strength training experience. Are you up for a challenge?
Sessions meet Mondays & Wednesdays from 6pm-7:30pm. -OR-
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 715-830
