The healing art of yoga has been practiced for millennia to enhance both physical and mental well-being. Join Anna Bennett, (owner Dancing Camel Yoga) as she leads the class in creating a comfortable and peaceful escape using the healing art of yoga. Take time for yourself and discover the healing power of yoga and the rewards it can bring to your life. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, water bottles and dress in layers. Yoga mats, blankets/towels will be available at the door. All are welcome to join us!
