Description

 

Sometimes we just need a few minutes to clear our head. This Monday, take 
15 to sit and be still with licensed clinical psychologist, Sue Dilsworth, PhD, RYT-500, LFYP-2. Participants will learn how to de stress and heal through the use of mind, body, and spiritual components utilizing breath work and relaxation techniques. 
No registration required. Drop in at 12:00, 12:30, 1:00.
