GVSU Yoga Club offers a free 75 minute yoga practice every week on Sunday night. It's a great way to try out yoga, to relax after a long week and weekend, and to practice with others in a relaxing environment. At the end of each session we focus on breathing techniques and relaxation/meditation forms.
You will need to bring your own mat (or a towel if you don't have one), although we periodically will have mats available for use. Also, if you have yoga blocks, they are recommended.
