This program is an opportunity for supervisors to examine their communication style and how it affects their leadership. The DiSC Personal Communication Assessment will be used. Please bring your assessment with you. If you do not have one, prior to this session you will receive an email link allowing you to complete a DiSC personal communication assessment online (takes about 20 minutes).
Your assessment will help you identify your primary communication style and give you a peek at your primary leadership dimension. The in depth leadership information you receive during the training will build on what you learn from reading your assessment. Whether you are a Pioneering, Energizing, Affirming, Inclusive, Humble, Deliberate, Resolute, or Commanding leader, you will learn the psychological drivers, motivations, and “blind spots” characteristic of your leadership style. You will receive the detailed lessons all leaders can learn from each style, enabling you to craft a multidimensional approach to becoming the leader you aspire to be.
You will leave with specific ways you can communicate and motivate more clearly and effectively. You will also benefit from specific activities and techniques that you can later use with your team. During this interactive program, there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
