Workshop presented by Diana Pace, Ph.D., Associate Dean of Students, and Eric Klingensmith, Psy.D, P.E.M. Coordinator of Crisis Intervention & ACES
This program will help you understand what constitutes conflict in the workplace. You will also learn why it is helpful to resolve conflict and how to conquer the fear of approaching a conflict situation. By the end of the workshop you'll have an opportunity to practice what we talk about through practice situations.
