Walk-In Flu Vaccination Clinics

We will be offering the following flu vaccination clinics in addition to appointments at our office in Grand Rapids. Please note that if you have a child between the ages of 6 months and 3 years or have a latex allergy, you will need to schedule an appointment at our health center. These clinics and appointments at our office are open to all faculty, staff, retirees, families, students and community members.

GVSU Faculty/Staff/Retirees/Dependents:

A flu vaccination is a covered benefit provided by GVSU Human Resources. Employee G# required.

GVSU Students and Grand Rapids Community:

Cost is $25.00 cash or check (credit or debit cards are accepted at the GVSU Family Health Center only). Individuals with health insurance may bring their insurance card for courtesy billing; however payment must be made at the time of service.
