Description

Breathing exercises have been found to be effective in reducing stress, muscle tension, headaches, fatigue, and various mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression. This one hour experiential program will help students to better manage their emotions as well as enhance their stress management skills. The ultimate goal is to promote overall self-awareness and life-time habits that enable students to successfully integrate the value of their liberal education into their academic and personal world.
