This presentation will focus on helping students identify healthy habits and behaviors. It will focus on the physical and mental health, the interaction between each, and how to balance these in your daily life. The target audience will be students who are somewhat familiar with exercise, but not playing on a competitive team. It will address healthy limits, scheduling, stress management, socializing, and benefits of physical health.
