Gregory Maytan, assistant professor of violin at GVSU, presents a recital entitled, "Five Centuries of Solo Violin Virtuosity." The program will include works by Biber, Bach, Paganini, Ysaye, and Thoresen. Maytan performs regularly as solost, chamber and orchestral musician, performing approximately 50 recitals a year.
