This event is the first Peace M.E.ans event of the year! There will be a panel of 5 professors, who will each make a 10 minute presentation about an aspect of the Palestinian/Israeli Conflict. After the presentations, there will be an hour question/answer session between the audience and the panelists. There will be free snacks and refreshments, so grab your friends and help us spread awareness!! The lineup of panelists is as follows: -Prof. Sebastian Maisel: Religious and Ethnic Identities -Prof. Coeli Fitzpatrick: The Connection between Zionism and Colonialism starting in the 19th Century -Prof. Thomas Walker: The Israeli Lobby and US Foreign Policy -Prof. Vandana Pednekar-Magal: Media Coverage of the Conflict -Prof. James Goode: Modern Day Issues
