Third Thursday of June, July, and August
11:30-12:30 pm
Finding out that a loved one has Alzheimer’s disease can be stressful, frightening, and overwhelming. As you begin to take stock of the situation, you may find that a support or discussion group is a safe place to share your feelings. Members of these groups often have helpful ideas or know of useful resources based on their own experiences.
Facilitated by Dr. Cynthia Beel-Bates, Kirkhof College of Nursing and Sue Sloop, GVSU Work Life Connections.
