Interested in training for a road race? Do you have a New Year's resolution of getting in shape? Come run/walk with other Lakers! Whether it's your first time running or you're a seasoned road racer, training with a group of people is a great way to get in shape and get motivated. Come meet and run with other members of the GVSU community as we get ready for the 2014 5/3rd Riverbank Run! Sessions begin January 21st and end May 9th.
This year, Campus Recreation and Health & Wellness have teamed up to provide the GVSU community with an expanded and even better Riverbank Run training program. This means more training times, more locations, and more opportunities to train with other members of the GVSU community. Come to any or all of the available sessions this year!

*For those who are interested in training for the 25K, it is strongly recommended that you are already able to run 3 miles in a workout session before starting this training program.
