5/3rd Riverbank Run Training Program

Stop by the Fitness & Wellness Center on the lower level of the Recreation Center
Open to all faculty, staff and students.
Meets weekly on Tuesdays from January 9 to May 12th.
This program is designed to help new and returning runners train for the 10K or 25K race that is held annually in Grand Rapids in May. It's a great way to meet fellow runners and challenge yourself. Weekly sessions will include group runs, educational training topics, and strength training - all led by instructors.
The fee for this program will be applied to your entry fee for the race in May!
