Time: 6:00 p.m. to 7:20 p.m.
This meeting took place in the Loosemore Auditorium in Seidman. It began at 6:00 p.m. There were __ members that attended. Shelley, Cindy, and Jacob from AkzoNobel presented about their company and talked about positions that they have open currently.
Shelley started off the presentation with an overview of AkzoNobel and explained what they do as a company. She showed a couple of videos that really gave the members a better idea of what AkzoNobel produces. She explained their values and initiatives which included all of their sustainability projects that they currently work on. She also mentioned the open job positions that they have available and explained the rotational program. Cindy then spoke more in detail about the IM position available and their department. Jacob is a GVSU alum and just started working at AkzoNobel a few months ago. He explained what he does at AkzoNobel and gave a list of positive aspects of working at AkzoNobel. This gave all of the members a good perspective from someone who is fairly new at working for the company. This was great meeting and it was very informative. The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
