Grand Valley State University Summer Farmer's Market

10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. in Parking Lot F of the Allendale Campus

The annual Farmer's Market on Grand Valley's campus kicks off Wednesday, June 9th and will continue to be held every Wednesday through September 29th. Visitors will find fresh fare from local vendors, information about campus and community events, and the opportunity to enjoy a lunch prepared by Campus Dining using products offered at the Farmer's Market.

Campus Sustainability Week
 
Campus Sustainability Week is a weeklong event hosted by the university that features events, conferences, workshops, prominent speakers, tours, and exhibits all showcasing the efforts of faculty, students, and community members who are contributing to sustainability on campus. TEDxGrandValley
 
Held at the Cook-DeWitt Center

Grand Valley's Sustainable Community Development Initiative is hosting TEDxGrandValley, an independently-organized TED event. We will bring together students, faculty, and staff of Grand Valley, along with community members, to share ideas across disciplines.  Using TED's unique format, a series of speakers will share short talks (18 minutes or less), followed by periodic breaks to facilitate conversation among presenters and attendees.
