Designed with part-time students in mind, the program allows for flexible scheduling.

The Master of Arts in English at Grand Valley was established in 2003 and has a strong reputation for high quality post-graduate education and excellence. The program offers students and professionals an opportunity to deepen knowledge, sharpen critical skills, and stregthen writing. Our small seminar classes (15 students maximum) are conveniently offered in Allendale and Grand Rapids, and taught by dedicated professors who are active scholars in their fields.

Designed in part to meet the needs of high school English teachers, the M.A. program
