Brief Biography: He has been teaching and doing research since 1994. Areas of interest include Soft-switching Techniques,Digital Logic Circuits and Power Electronics. In 1997 he was awarded the prestigious Canadian Commonwealth Scholarship for doctoral studies. Dr. Rahman is also a Senior Member of IEEE. For more information click here
Degrees: Dr. Rahman holds a bachelors (1994) and a masters (1996) degree both in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from BUET. He obtained his Ph.D.in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Victoria, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada in 2001.
