This section of Electronic Monitering of Employees is dedicated to employer's careful watch over work e-mail.   As data theft by employees becomes more common, employers make monitering e-mail of all employees more common.  Although the employer may have only the best intentions in mind for doing so, it can be a touchy subject that could cause more trouble than initially intended.  This is also to help employees know what to do and what not to do if their e-mail is currently being watched.
