General Procedures for Requesting Scanned Textbooks

1. Students seeking scanned textbooks must be approved for this accommodation.
2. Students requesting scanned textbooks must submit a list of requested materials to Disability Support Services using the form below on this page. The required information includes the following:
   
   • Course Number and Section
   • Book Title
   • Book Author
   • Book ISBN Number
   This information can be obtained from the University Bookstore website
3. Students are required to purchase each book requested, and will need to provide proof of purchase to Disability Support Services.
4. Disability Support Services will provide electronic materials on CD. Students must return each CD at the end of each semester.
