Van Guidelines
- Van service is available by appointment only to registered riders.
- Service requests and cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
- Availability may be limited and appointments will be scheduled as close to requested pick up or drop off times as possible.
- Please be punctual! The van driver will wait 5 minutes past the scheduled pick up time before leaving for the next schedule ride.
- Pick up and drop off points are limited to the Allendale Campus. Specifically, pick up locations will be located at handicap accessible doors when available.
- Van service is not available to off campus locations including: off-campus housing. Pew campus, banks, stores, etc.
