2026 Kenneth R. Venderbush and Thomas M. Seykora Award Nomination Form
The nomination form can be submitted by the student candidate or by the faculty/staff sponsor. This form requires the following nominee information: First/Last Name, Email, Phone Number, G Number, and Major. One faculty/staff sponsor letter of support (PDF), describing the involvement and leadership experience as stated in the award description, must be uploaded. Following the nomination process, students will be contacted to complete the Nominee Response Form.
The deadline for submissions is Monday, February 23, 2026, at 11:59 pm.
