Third Grade Reading Law - You have identified students who are deficient in reading, now what?

Date and Time

Wednesday, October 18, 2017 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Description

Beginning the 2017-2018 school year, per the Third Grade Reading Law, schools are tasked with assessing students, identifying students who are deficient in reading and providing services to those students. An Individual Reading Improvement Plan (IRIP), an at-home reading plan, and reading interventions need to be put into place within 30 days. Bring a team to analyze your reading data (initial & extensive assessments), identify interventions to address the needs of your students, and discuss a reading intervention plan.
