Studios & Facility

The Dance Program is located in the Performing Arts Center which includes classrooms, dance studios, a Mac Lab for video-editing and digital media applications, and rehearsal and performance spaces.  It is a home to the Department of Music, Theatre, and Dance.

Dance students perform in the Louis Armstrong Theatre, which seats 400 and the Dance Studio Theatre which seats 100. The dance wing of the Performing Arts Center was added in 2001 and includes two spacious studios with sprung marley floors, pianos, a quadraphonic sound system and in-house projectors, large locker/dressing rooms, and faculty offices. The dance wing also houses our Dance Costume Shop which features state-of-the art sewing equipment.


PAC Expansion Plan

The Performing Arts Center is expanding!  The addition will include a Black Box Theatre that will seat approx. 140 people.

Construction began in May 2017 and is expected to be completed in August 2017.  Learn more here.
