Event Description:
The purpose of this workshop is to train educators in the process of creating Layered Curriculum units of instruction that differentiate the learning process and promote higher order thinking from students. Participants will walk away with a new unit plan for use in their classroom and new skills in developing units that engage students in their learning. The techniques described in this workshop are more applicable for the upper elementary, middle, and high school classroom, but can be tailored to the lower elementary setting as well.

Parking Instructions:
You can park in the lot next to the Detroit Center. The cost to park is $3 per car (CASH ONLY) unless there is an event downtown. At this time, parking is not reimbursed.
