Leadership Coaching

Leadership Coaching is an interactive and innovative workshop that gives administrators the opportunity to meet with other school leaders to discuss best guidance practices for their staff and their students. The all-day workshop is held twice during the school year, once in September and once in February/March.

Leadership Coaching is led by Dr. Greg Dale, a professor of Sport Psychology and Sport Ethics at Duke University and a renowned expert on the topic of leadership. He is also the Director of the Sports Psychology and leadership programs for Duke athletics. He has written four books related to leadership and performance, as well as acted as a consultant for numerous global organizations including The World Bank, Habitat for Humanity International, Airports Council International, Pfizer and SKANSKA International.

Dr. Dale is assisted with Leadership Coaching by Mark Thomas, an administrator at Northview High School in Grand Rapids. Mr. Thomas is the recipient of numerous awards for leadership and administration excellence.
