Shamoun '17 Selected as NASPA Graduate Associate

Congratulations to Brandon Shamoun ’17, who was selected as a 2016-2017 NASPA Graduate Associate, representing NASPA on Grand Valley State University’s campus. As a NASPA Graduate Associate, Brandon is responsible for increasing “awareness and involvement within NASPA by providing updated information to their fellow graduate students and other parties interested in learning more about NASPA” (NASPA Graduate Associate Program, n.d.). 

NASPA is the leading association for the advancement, health, and sustainability of the student affairs profession. NASPA serves a full range of professionals who provide programs, experiences, and services that cultivate student learning and success in concert with the mission of colleges and universities. Established in 1918 and founded in 1919, NASPA is comprised of over 15,000 members in all 50 states, 25 countries, and 8 U.S. Territories (NASPA, n.d.).
