Current CSAL Students

Fifty-one students enrolled in the CSAL program for the 2011-2012 academic year with graduate assistantships in the Division of Student Services, Academic Advising Centers, the College of Education, Athletics Advising, Financial Aid or Admissions. Academic year 2011/12 enrollment for graduate assistants is sixty-three percent women and thirty-seven percent men with thirty-one percent ethnic minorities.

Typically, there are about ten students enrolled part-time or full-time in CSAL classes who do not have graduate assistantships. The majority of these are part-time students who are employed by Grand Valley or other educational institutions in the area. Graduate students in other programs will sometimes take a CSAL class as an elective in their programs.
