Confidential COT Staff Definition
Confidential and Supervisory Clerical StaffConfidential and Supervisory Clerical staff shall mean a person appointed by the University to work in a non-exempt (covered by federal and state minimum wage and overtime provisions) and a non-union position within the Confidential and Supervisory Clerical classification. Typically, this includes clerical staff members in the Executive Offices, University Counsel's Office, University Development’s Office, Budget and Finance Office, and in Human Resources.
