A Little Bit About
GVSU Ski and Snowboard Club
If you love skiing or snowboarding, then this club is for you! The team travels about 5 weekends each season starting in January. We go to Otsego for state competitions the first 4 weekends and Marquette Mountain for regionals, our final grand-finale trip of the year. Each trip, there are races through the United States Collegiate Ski and Snowboarding Association (USCSA) on Saturday and Sunday for both skiing and snowboarding. Although racing is required, we do accept members with a different levels of race experience. The races take place in the morning, so the rest of the time is yours to shred and bond with your incredible teammates! If you are interested or have any questions, please come find our table at Campus Life Night at the start of the Fall semester or always feel free to send us an email! (Listed Below!) We create our team early in the fall semester and do not accept new team members after that time.USCSA follows NCAA rules and procedures and therefore, all team members must fulfill NCAA eligibility in order to participate.
