Coursework suggestion:
ICE 100, Introduction to Intercultural Competence and Communication, is the first course required to attain the Intercultural Competence and Experience Certificate. It is perfect for freshmen, can serve as an elective, and will be on both fall and winter semesters and on the Allendale and downtown campuses. 2. W. Robert Connor, distinguished classicist, lecturing at GVSU, March 22, 2011
With the generous support of Provost Davis, the Department of Classics and the Hauenstein Center for Presidential Studies are bringing W. Robert (Bob) Connor, to deliver a public lecture at the Eberhard Center on Tuesday, 22 March, at 7:00 P.M. Bob's topic is "What Happened to the Future? Lessons from Ancient Athens on Leadership and its Limits" < http://gvsu.edu/hauenstein/connor>.
On Wednesday, 23 March, there will be a respondents' panelat 1:00 PM in the Kirkhof Center Grand River Room in which GVSU colleagues from Economics, Liberal Studies, and Political Science will participate. Both events are free and open to the public.

In preparation for the remaining semester, below is a listing of the 2011 Winter Workshop Series & Walk-In Advising Hours for the GVSU Office of Fellowships located in the Frederik Meijer Honors College, 120 NMH. Please ask faculty/staff in your respective units to share with interested students as appropriate.
