Effective October 23, 2008, the Human Research Review Committee (HRRC) will stop accepting paper documents and files and convert to a secure, on-line document management program called IRBNet. 

 

This system change requires two (2) adjustments for which we request your immediate assistance.

 

Please read and share the attached information with all faculty and staff who conduct human subjects research, or who supervise student research.

 

All protocols must be submitted online starting October 23, 2008

Here is the latest prerequisite error list (attachment). Students on this list have not satisfied prerequisites for classes in which they are enrolled for Winter 09 semester.
