The Registrar’s Office has begun the practice of annually reviewing course offerings at GVSU, alerting units of courses on the books that are listed in the catalog but that have not been offered for several years, and offering units a chance to “dust their catalog” = deleting the courses by filling out a form.  There is a form for each course that needs to be completed whether dropping or retaining the course.  Please see the attached UCC memo and list of “dusty” courses. Expect to receive the form via intercampus mail early this week. The Dean’s Office will need the completed forms by Monday, November 16, 2009.
