You are cordially invited to the first CLAS faculty research colloquium of 2018.

 

The colloquium will be in PAD 308 on Thursday, January 18. Refreshments will begin at 2:30pm, followed by the presentations at 3:00.

 

The speakers will be:

 

David Eick (Modern Languages and Literatures) “Dictionary Projects and Ideologies of Language During the French Revolution.”

Neil MacDonald (Biology) “Restoration of Native-Dominated Plant Communities on a Spotted Knapweed-Infested Site.”

Jeffrey Kelly Lowenstein (School of Communications) “Comrade King: Khulu Radebe's Journey from Freedom Fighter to King of the Embo Nation.”
