Instructor Cadre: The academy employs 60 instructors to deliver 638 hours of curriculum. Instructors are selected based on their qualifications, certifications, licenses, and ability to meet MCOLES standards. The majority of the instructors are active licensed law enforcement officers currently working in the field they teach. The remainder are criminal justice professionals and educators.
