Physical FitnessLee Adams is a Police Officer & Firefighter with the Grand Haven Department of Public Safety. He has instructed the police academy’s Physical Fitness class since 2006. Officer Adams is a graduate of the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas and is certified as a Law Enforcement Physical Fitness Specialist. Additionally, Officer Adams has physical fitness supervision experience as a Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps and from coaching high school sports. Officer Adams is also a graduate of GVSU’s Police Academy where he held the position of “Recruit Commander” and received the Physical Fitness Award for his superior athletic abilities.
