Grand Valley State University’s College of Health Professions is soliciting interest for the Master of Public Health Program (MPH), anticipated to open fall semester 2013, contingent upon approval of the final plan.  The initial MPH program plan was approved by university governance in winter semester 2012. Please be aware that the program has not yet received final approval, and will not until faculty governance has reviewed and supported the plan.

 

Admissions into the program will be on a first-come first served basis as the initial class will be limited in

size.  If you are interested in learning more about GVSU’s Master of Public Health Program, please

complete the attached Interest Form as soon as possible.

 

If the program achieves university approval for the fall 2013 class, the following criteria must be met and admissions materials submitted for the Master of Public Health admission consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • *Graduate application
  • Undergraduate GPA of 3.0
  • Two recommendations on specified graduate forms
  • Official transcripts from ALL universities attended

*The formal graduate application will be available contingent upon university approval of the program, anticipated to occur winter semester, 2013.  You will be notified at that time.
